In the internet, fans use ’special’ names for their pairings, this list is to help people/you guys know who’s who. This is not an official list. It’s what I got through out the fan world of CSI (forums, fanfictions, etc.). It’s not yet complete, I’ll edit it when there’s a new term. Please PM me or the other modies if I made a mistake/miss someone/something, I’ll/We'll edit ‘em as soon as I/we can.
Warning: ALL pairings are in this list. Whether it’s slashes or three/foursomes/Nsomes. I try to be unbiased and I don’t mean to offend anyone.
Okay, peeps/shippers, lemme give ya some pointers before the list:
ships- relationSHIPS/pairings
shippers- relationSHIPPERS/people who ship
slash/yaoi/shounen ai(?)- man love (guyxguy)
femslash/yuri- female love (girlxgirl)
threesomes/foursomes/etc.- three/four(etc.) people in a relationship TOGETHER
OTP- One True Pairing
OT3- One True Threesome
Note: Usually, fans just use the initials of the people (i.e. GCR or CGR, it’s still the same.); And SOME ship names have meanings (i.e. Something that they said to each other, etc.). Also take note that some letters are in caps indicating it’s the initial of the person (but some don’t care so no prob with that). Sometimes, people dont use ship names they just put x or a / between the names (i.e. GrissomxCatherine; Grissom/Catherine) or just delete the spaces between the names (i.e. GrissomCatherine). Oh and one last thing… it seems that for fans… ANYTHING is possible. lol
